Ricky tries to explain to the viewers what Cindo De Mayo is about but Baby Lamb does a better job demonstrating its meaning.
Ricky is shown wearing a sombrero and a mustache, saying that today's Cinco De Mayo, the wonderful day of Mexicans. To him, that means free tacos for everyone, and he proceeds to talk and sing about how cool it would be if it were raining tacos. He gets too excited and starts to imagine all the delicious Mexican food he can think of but Baby Lamb enters, also dressed in Mexican clothing, stopping Ricky and roasting his amateurish garb. Baby Lamb then begins to say what Cinco De Mayo is really about, and talks about that it celebrates the day Mexicans earned their freedom from America, similar to the Fourth of July. Ricky is ashamed that he didn't know that, but now that Baby Lamb has taught him, they leave to get some tacos. But not before Ricky wishes everyone a happy Cinco De Mayo.
EPILOGUE: Donny Dolphin appears behind an American flag, saying that May 5 is also National Day of Prayer.
- When Ricky mentions tacos, he starts to sing the song "It's Raining Tacos" by Parry Gripp and BooneBum.
- This was originally going to be a standalone video, but it was later included as part of the series.
- Alhough Baby Lamb was intentionally trying to show Ricky what Cinco De Mayo is about, it's still inaccurate as Cinco De Mayo actually celebrates the day the Mexicans beat the French in the Battle of Puebla.
