Spring has commenced in Capitol City, the day where things change, and Baby Lamb and his friends are enjoying it.
It's March 20th, a special day for many reasons. The beginning of spring break, the beginning of spring, Palm Sunday, and Mister Rogers' birthday. Spring brings many changes and transitions from winter to summer, and people are looking forward to spring break. Baby Lamb is very excited for spring break and loves spring. He smells a beautiful plant and notices Alphabet Pal, who lives in that plant. They talk about how it's raining on the first day of spring, unusually. Baby Lamb feels like Mother Nature isn't as sharp as she used to be.
Ricky says that he loves the rain and wished that there was 6 more weeks of winter so there can be a second Christmas, even though Christmas has been over for 3 and a half months. Ricky complains about never getting the chance to have winter fun, even if it doesn't snow where they live. He then uses a Guiness World Record book as a sled and then falls off the bed. Cow, on the other hand, is tired of the sky being gray and rainy. Donny says the rain is good because it can help the plants blossom once spring really comes. Ricky describes spring by singing Louis Armstrong's beloved song "What a Wonderful World" as Donny harmonizes with him but then calls Ricky racist for imitating Louis Armstrong. Cow thinks he's the guy who did drug abuse while biking, which is actually Lance Armstrong. Ricky asks how many Armstrongs are there in the world, and Baby Lamb says a lot, amazing Ricky.
