Groundhog Day is the 4th episode of Season 2 of Baby Lamb & Friends and the 35th episode overall. It was posted on February 2, 2017.

Well, it's Groundhog Day, and everyone is getting up at 6 AM in the morning, freezing and tired, just to await the prediction of an early spring or a continuous winter by the one and only Punxsutawney Phil. Only, most people aren't pleased with his prediction, until they realize that there can be a blessing that comes within the extended winter.

It is Groundhog Day, and everyone in Capitol City are up bright and early to see what Punxsutawney Phil will predict for the year. Ricky, The Count, and Donny are members of the Groundhog Day Inner Circle and present Punxsutawney Phil to the audience. Baby Lamb hopes for an early spring, and everyone else agrees with him. Aaron and Marvin, on the other hand, want a longer winter since they're currently in a drought. The Count Von Count begins to recite the Groundhog Day Predicton speech. It turns out Punxsy Phil saw his shadow, and there will officially be 6 more weeks of winter. The majority of the audience is disappointed. The Dark Slayer causes the people hypocrites for celebrating Groundhog Day. Handy Man Joe protests against the prediction because he came back from North Carolina and it happens to be spring over there. Donny doesn't want anyone to worry and says there's nothing to worry about because there's a very special speech about winter. The scene cuts to Phil Connors from the 1993 movie, "Groundhog Day", making a very heartwarming speech about Chekov and the long winter. It goes to show that no matter what season it is, you can still be able to enjoy your life. Cow likes how everyone's together to celebrate a silly yet enjoyable American tradition. The Inner Circle wishes everyone a Happy Groundhog Day.

    • The song "I Got You Babe" plays at the beginning, which was the alarm clock radio tune played when Phil Connors woke up.
    • The Dark Slayer calls everyone hypocrites for worshiping a rat and uses the same exact line Phil Connors said when he criticized everyone for worshiping a rat and called them hypocrites.
    • The clip of Phil Connors making a speech about winter is shown near the end.
