In this episode, a secret spy crashes into the Police Fort and gives them Intel on the other side of the bed, where the Dark Slayer is planning to mark the end of Winnie the Pooh, until Bill and Mejax stop him with the help of their new Trolley friend.
Baby Lamb calls Cow, who was napping at 742 Evergreen Terrace. He tells Cow that they're gonna do something special today, so Cow gets up and joins Baby Lamb, but ends up destroying the garage. Afterwards, a secret spy, disguised as a race car driver, uses a grappling hook to enter the Police Fort, and ends up crashing through it, breaking some water pipes in the process. Marvin and Derek are suspicious about the guy, so the spy explains to them the situation: there's a warning against police officers. Bill and Mejax are sent in to carry out the operation and gather intel. They only ask what's gonna be used for transporation and find out they're gonna take the Neighborhood Trolley since they can't afford a spy car.
Mejax asks why can't the secret agent do it, but he stalls by saying he hurt his back when he crashed through the roof. So they start to ride on the Trolley. When they arrive, they find out the Dark Slayer is harassing Winnie the Pooh. They wonder how they're gonna stop him, until the Trolley somehow reveals that it can fly! It picked up Winnie the Pooh, and brought him to safety. Turns out the Trolley is really useful and helpful, so everyone praises the Trolley as it leaves.
